As a legal observer I conclude that Shrub got rekt

Doesn't take much effort to click through the EC Tunnel posts to see that there are a lot of people in violation of this rule. I thought about listing them out but there are way too many. It seems like the rule was put in place to prevent folks from spamming posts to the top. To me, the original bump didn't appear to be an attempt to do that. Shrub, feel free to police the EC Tunnel posts but you might want to start on some other forum posts.
