Lars McMannus in Qeynos Hills?

I saw Lars McMannus roaming around in Qeynos Hills. I've never seen him there and according to the wiki, he should be in WK.
Although, the picture of Lars on the wiki page is most likely taken from Qeynos Hills because you can see the Qeynos city walls in the background.

Not a dealbreaker, I know. :o

I found this page: http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/faction.html?faction=47, which lists him in both zones. I'm guessing this is both correct and the source of the confusion (since most NPCs don't "walk between zones"). If I'm guessing correctly then the only thing that needs fixing is the wiki.

There are many visitors to qeynos Hills from as close as west karana to as far as erudin and beyond.
