Quick question regarding this quest

http://wiki.project1999.com/Reserve_Militia

I had the Militia Armory Token, and using Cinda's Charismatic Carillon to get amiable

http://wiki.project1999.com/Cinda%27s_Charismatic_Carillon

I handed the token to Armorer Dellin

http://wiki.project1999.com/Armorer_Dellin

But I did not receive the tunic. There was no message saying I did not have enough faction or anything like that. I am wondering if either the wiki is wrong (Need higher then amiable?), the quest is bugged, or my spell does not allow me to turn in items (Although to get the token I had to use the spell to get the Cutthroat quest from Guard Valon, so I doubt there is an issue with the spell)

Before I create a petition/bug report for the quest, was curious to see if I am missing anything here. I was amiable before the hand in but without the spell I am apprehensive, not sure if that makes a difference. Can anyone let me know if I am missing anything here

The quest works, but Armorer Dellin will eat your token if you aren't amiable faction with him...

I reference this quest in one of my own threads. Here is what it looks like by the way:

(You just need some more faction points with the Militia. Oh, and it is a completely terrible item apart from the color...) :D

I don't know anything about this specific quest, but faction song isn't your problem. The only problem would be if you cast it on an NPC on Militia faction and then cast it on a different NPC on a different faction, like a vendor on Coalition of tradefolk faction, and didn't re-con the turn-in NPC before you gave him the item. You can only use it on one faction at a time, otherwise it lasts until you zone.

It may be that the quest requires you to be on the high side of Amiable, and faction song just barely put you into the Amiable range but like I said I've never did this quest so I don't know what faction it requires, but some quests are like that.

Thank you both, I am pretty sure I am just making the amiable faction with the Militia using my song. Guess Ill get back to working on that faction.

I was able to do the turn-in after just one repeat of the orc pawn pick quest going from indifferent to amiable.

The quest failed with indifferent (I got ahead of myself and forgot about the faction, and Armorer Dellin ate the token) but the exact moment I reached amiable faction, it worked.

Well this is embarrassing, figured out what I did wrong. Handed in an Ancient Coin by accident. Did not realize I had it in my bank, so when I went to grab the "single" coin from my bank found the first coin I had and handed it in.

I remember getting this on classic on my dark elf rogue who would pick pocket belts at orc 1. Those were good times.
