How much would a sod sell for if someone was to sell it ?

Not really sure there's a market price for an item that there are so few of, but I'd guess it's less than a million plat.

SoDs have changed hands for less than 2m pp fwiw (it is afterall a distinctly average weapon but still worth it for the Fashion and Ego quest)

I watch Antique Roadshow weekly, It's actual value is around 2.7-3mil, but there aren't many of them so it's priceless at certain times when no weapon holder has interest in ridding it.

But it's not even a top 5 weapon.
