Monk Headbands

So I started my monk and i started in Qeynos. I remember both Freeport and Qeynos have monk quest for the headbands and sashes. I go to the gm and hail Phin Esrinap and he goes through his text and then says:

"Yes, I give the [White, Yello, and Orange Headbands] to Our new members. ..."

I reply with "What White Headbands" and he repeats the statement. I looked it up and the quest was there during the original EQ. Am i doing something wrong or is the quest just bugged?

I remember doing the first headbands so you may have gone wrong in the answer :)

try "What White Headband"

Use the singular of headband, not plural.

Phin Esrinap says 'Hello, my name is Phin. Practice, practice, practice.. that's my motto. It is my responsibility to train our members, and help them to advance their skills and abilities. I also reward our members with colored [headbands] for completing certain tasks.'

You say, 'What headbands?'

Phin Esrinap says 'Yes, I give out [white, yellow, and orange headbands] to our newer members, and Togahn gives out [red, purple, and blue headbands] to our elder members.'

You say, 'What white headbands?'

Phin Esrinap says 'That is our training headband.. Beginning students can earn this by slaying four [gnoll] pups, and bringing their scalps back to me.' "


That is on Allakhazam live, so apparently "White Headbands" worked for someone at one time, but my bet is you're actually triggering the first text because you're saying headbands instead of headband.

I've seen the white headband text personally, so I know it's not broken.
