it talks about how to upgrade graphics of eq but the shader link is broken.
i was wondering if anyone has the file reuploaded somewhere
normally i would just bump it and ask if anyone has the re-up but its closed.

looking for the high end version

Yeah, the new project doesn't address shading, but it does "enhance" the textures, making them much sharper and crisper, which in turn lets their details really come through. Install the textures linked above and then walk around somewhere with lots of melee like the EC tunnel or a raid. You'll be amazed at how much better people's armor/robes/shields/etc. look.

There are two utilites that through injection can 'enable/add' post-processing. One is SweetFX and the other is ReShade. I have no idea if they work on the titanium client. Also they do inject into the client so it could set off the anti cheat possibly.
I've used sweetfx on guild wars 2 and it's pretty nifty how much more detail it can bring to the game. That being said the gw2 team okay'd it's use. So if you decide to try it, proceed with caution. I take no responsibility for any loss/damage.
