Freeport guard hunting strategy?

47 Ogre shammy here, hungry for some human flesh! Any advice on how to go about safely-ish killing Freeport guards? I tried the guards in NFP due to the higher ZEM, but their pally heals and cancel magic was brutal. I'm guessing militia guards in East/West FP are the way to go. Any special spots or techniques?

A lot of people use this area to kite the guards back to. The zone out is right there in case you get in trouble.

If Freeport paladins are anything like Felwithe paladins, don't use a pet and always sit out of line of sight while your dots tick. Something about having a pet out (or more than one entity on their aggro list) causes the Felwithe guards to cast heals, lay on hands, stuns, etc., where with no pet/solo all they do is dispel and root.
