For some reason the new server that doesn't exist yet is the reason for these prices, even though both will enter this economy at the exact same time (no sooner than 2.5 years from now, but likely longer, since Velious still isn't done), and one of those things will be farmed for far longer than the other of those things.
Anyway, if you're willing to pay 310k for beads or sell stone for 150k to someone else, I'll do one better.
