SOE Mess Ups Summary?

I was reading it the other day, dont remember where, have been googling for an hour trying to find it. no luck.. might have been on these forums.

but it was a history of SOE mess ups.
It talked about how boats broke with a particular patch and how they werent fixed for years etc..

anyone have any idea what I am talking about?

havent seen such a list, but it would be humorous to check out :P maybe nice for the devs to take a look at and possibly counter some future mistakes.

remember really liking it at the time, anyone know where to dig it up?

My all time fav that I remember was when they made damage shields cause hate. ;) You should have seen the alts leveling up. They rolled back that patch pretty quick. I think it lasted a day or two.
