Iksars in Kael armor

Any sexy lizards want to show off their full Kael set (or what they have)? Looking for mostly Plate/Leather/Chain but Cloth are more than happy to post!

Wanting to see the difference between SS quest stuff primarily (comparison photos welcome too).

Ooooo. I didn't know the Kael set was red. I had the SS on live and it was pretty sweet. :D

No custom helm graphics at char select where lighting seems best for me. Here are a few with helm in darker environment.

Oddly enough I only have Thurg BP/legs. SK Thurg looks silver/grey similar or the same as WAR Kael I think.

Yeah, inside an outdoor city (Felwithe for example) seems to give good lighting.

Also, it sucks the Dye button is disabled because that gives the best view.

Any one have the Warrior gear on their Iksar? I have a SS comparison photo I can post as well.

I thought the Thurg leather was a tad lighter than SS but maybe not...and Kael could just be a shade different if at all, just wanted to confirm.

That's because Iksar have the worst armor textures in the game, overall. Almost all of them look the same: bland, boring, and no variety. They also have the worst attack animations (2H Attack especially).

I need to browse for the link, but I thought SK Kael armor changed at some point in Velious. It was either red, then changed to something else, or it was a different color that then changed to red (I think the latter is the case).

Looking at current Alla page, it does show red and has an August 2001 comment for Red. Would be cool for Fashion screenshots if it was a different color early Velious.

I admit the red looks sick, and epic is an amazing FashionQuest in itself.

Hate seeing people equip fungi's with armor sets like yours, just looks terrible.

Changed the color of the Kael SK quest armor from a very pretty blue-green to a more appropriate reddish-gray

Was this armor ever green up until 5/30/2001 in timeline on P99?

Also interesting note from that same patch:
Grand Master's Leg Wraps and Fists of the Grand Master are now No-Drop. They were intended to be No-Drop when they were created.

Doubtful that was ever the case on P99, would have been helpful for tweaking level 1 alts if those were tradeable (avoiding having to faction your monk).
