My Venom Axe Needs Replaced

I'm a 26 warrior and my venom axe keeps shooting mobs through the ceiling in Unrest. I can't handle it any more.

Is there anything comparable I could replace it with? I've resorted to off-handing it with Lammy MH but it still calls too many trains down from the upper levels.

I am basically broke right now, so would need to sell the axe to raise funds for something new, so that's something to keep in mind as far as my budget goes.

Though I really enjoy the proc, I guess I'm leaning toward another Lammy or a Jade Mace or something, but seeing as this is my first warrior and I'm not completely familiar with gear options I figured I'd ask the experts here in case there's some other weapon I could use at my level with a less obnoxious proc. Does anything with a damage component cause this z-axis warping? How the hell does anyone play like this?

Get an Axe of Lost Souls and tell your group to wait for /assist. You can take that to 60 if you really wanted to.

I believe it has a pushback component to the nuke.

Grab a fist of zek for like 50pp and off hand that when in warpy areas.

If you see someone selling a fist of zek for 50pp, but it and vendor it...it vendors for like 200 iirc.

Or get a staff of battle that's cheaper with a better ratio! Stats on Axe aren't that great

I've been planning on picking up a Staff of Battle but was under the impression there was a damage cap until 30 and it would only hit for like 2/3rds of its potential before then, right? I could be completely wrong.

Yea think the damage cap at 20-29 is 60 or something but it's still powerful hitting for that and will only get better 30+

go down to berserk and get crippling blows for 100+ is nice in that range tho

Well, even 200+ is a great price for 16/30 off hand with hp on it!

Good call. I was lazy and just picked the first semi cheap thing I found on the wiki.
