I am looking for decent weapons for DPS when I am not the tank. For example, we have a better geared or higher level tank in the group/raid already. I currently have FB and WESS which just do too much aggro when I am not trying to take it. I have a staff of battle which is serviceable but am open to other options that might be 2h or dual wield.
Thanks!

Hijacking this thread a bit but when does Staff of Battle go out of style dps wise?
Right now I have an RBG and then a bunch of weapons...Blood Point, Lammy, Sarnak Warhammer, Fist of Zek.

I’m level 30.
Are you saying the staff of battle or a good 2H is my tool of choice until 50+?
What sort of ratios or level do I need to be for 1h weapons to over take a staff of battle type weapon?

If youre on the cheaper end, a jade mace + fist of zek is good for being like 1k total (if youre not into the 2h).

Does anyone have that warrior weapon spreadsheet? I tried to search for it but didn't find it.

There this thing (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1hjfitKSFcDgF11k2bK8Zs3zE1UR_XOZ1S3QwAgL33lk/edit#gid=1869510834) from the entry lvl war weaps thread. (Its based on a monk, but that doesnt matter as long as youre just looking at the dps? though warriors have triple attack so 2h's are skewed)

It looks like it’s essentuslly just about ratio so that should be easy. I guess offhand stuff gets me a bit confused, when I played live the idea was to have the faster weapon in the MH and the slower higher dmg in OH. Fist of zek makes it tough for me since it’s ratio is so good but it’s also very slow.

Back on old live, offhand swings used to "proc" off main hand, but thats not the case in p99.
Here, only MH gets dmg bonus so faster weaps go in main, while you want just solid ratio dps in off. Even crap ratios are amazing 1h if theyre fast. Like, a 3/11 weap would out damage almost anything else in MH.

Id pick up a staff of battle regardless. Prob would solo better with that than your current combo, depending on level.

For most warriors that aren't filthy rich, I would say get Frostbringer first and then go from there. Aggro proc or no, it's still strictly excellent for the 12/22 ratio. Assume most tanks are wielding at least infestation/WESS/FB/Trochilic's in some combination and assume they will generally exceed whatever aggro you can generate with a single proccer doing a mediocre amount of extra aggro.
Dagas is a good pickup if you have a guild that does sky regularly. It's 11/21 with 20 AC and 100 HP on a one hander!
Silver Sword of Yalrek is a relatively unknown but cost-effective DPS weapon. It is 13/24 and can be had for like 3k in EC tunnel.
I personally swing a Reaver most of the time I'm not tanking. 40/40, perfect ratio, +12 all resist, very hard to beat, but it won't hit several old world and kunark mobs. You'll need a backup weapon if you want to burst down Trak or farm skyfire guardians
If I had a little bit more pp to throw around, I would get a swiftblade of zek and use that until NTOV drops me a GG weapon. I would go so far as to say I'm actively farming for swiftblade and don't plan on making any other big purchases until I get it. Wielding swiftblade with dagas is 200 HP from just your primary and secondary weapons! Wow!

lvl 30 use 2hander like staff of battle, once u get to around lvl 35- 37ish dual wield (using something like frostbringer/fist of zek/ebon mace) will catch up in dps. you will notice u finish mob quicker by having a higher hp bar after battle.
unless you can get next tier 2h weapon after staff of battle, but the asking price increases exponentially

Ohhh that sounds awesome.
On p99 Wiki you can go to a search page of all classes and search gear, any gear slot including weapons and categorize them according to weapon types and dps.
This is a spreadsheet, if you want to look up weapons. Just click the top graph line for it to sort it for what you want.
Not sure if this is what you are looking for but whenever I want to compare different weapon damages to each other that's what I use.

Great against low AC targets, terrible against high AC targets.
