Dwarf cleric whose name I can't remember for the life of me. It was early March this year when I had just joined the server. I was nearly naked with only a rusty sword to defend myself against the orc pawns and skeletons of west freeport when I saw this uber looking dwarf cleric wearing all purple planar plate approach and I think he healed me or something because it gave me an opportunity to ask him if he had any noob gear to spare. He took a minute to reply but then told me to follow him to the bank in north freeport and so I did. When we got there he handed me two bags containing a near full set of bronze and a shield that I think it was a SBS. I was very happy and thanked him a like million times and told him I would pay him back for the favor someday. It bugs me to this day that I can't remember his name :confused:. In any case if you ever ready this I thank you once again and I am sorry I forgot your name sir. That set of bronze was a huge hit at the orc camp in EC, the other noobs were very envious.

By time her askded fer help, some offa corpses had only liddle time left on 'em! An' I was on 'tonica cont'nent! Koota's nicenice frien' Bowls ported me ta Gfay, an' Koota came special jus' ta gives me clar'ty, an' broughted frien' ta heals me so I could manastone downdown an' rez as many as could afore alla corpses poofed. Liddle druid gotted 3 levels back! Lots an' lotsa tanks fer helpin' me an' dat liddle druid!

Flicka could tell I was new to the server and hooked it up bigtime with 50pp and buffs when I was like level 4! Helped a ton so I could afford to buy bags and songs and some starting gear, was so huge.

Dexs was camping hadden and I asked in ooc if anyone was buffing, he responded that he was and wouldn't take a tip. I came back to him like 10 times for buffs and powerleveled myself though blackburrow with his DS and my AE song lol, was so good!

I've tried to help out here and there to newbies, giving useful things or little bits of money away here and there or selling stuff for super cheap. I'm only 24 right now so I can't give away a ton yet, but I'm just trying to pay it forward as I can :)

Big ups to Pimask today in Lguk.

I have been camping the Arch Magi for the past week pretty much straight. Today was much the same.

I was sitting waiting for it or PH to pop with about 3 mins to go on timer when my ISP goes out. I log back in to see AM sitting there alone and a Dar in the hidden hallway for my pet. All is well I think so I go and charm the Dar only to get trained. So i have to reset the Dar and let it regen it's health after that.

WHen I get the Dar back as my pet I went and saw that the trash mob had spawned as well. I'm pissed off at this point and say fuck it. Sent the Dar in and I'm trying to root the Kor and pull the dar away. Shit is going awry. Pet dies, and AM is dotted up with about 30% hp left. It's breaking roots left and right and I'm about out of mana when Pimask shows up.

Pimask quickly conjured up a mage pet and finishes the AM off for me. Due to FD I don't get the kill but he let me loot it anyway. No SMR, but that isn't the point. Pimask is a saint. Thanks again.

You could make notes against a character name on the guide interface, and call up the notes history from all gms / guides to see if you were dealing with a douche in advance.

Generally I only remember the notes being about warnings and behaviour issues, rarely saw a good note and had to issue a number of them myself.

They may of been another level that only GM's saw, couldn't comment on that.

Two people for me who i want to thank. First off, the monk Jaldin, he proceeded to get me the +6 wisdom mace from kith, but was stopped short after finding out that kith was changed. So what did he do? Jaldin PLed me from 12 to 14, without me even asking, and it was free! I thank him so much for that help!
Second i would like to thank the druid Killean, for it was him that got he that got me through my SoW problem. Step by step he told me how to change my spell files. I appreciate all this help and i am thankful for whoever the people that play these characters!

I would like to thank Nisha. Having started just over a week ago, soloing is a pain and have been exploring what class I would like to further play. Was having a hard day going from that dreaded lvl 3 to lvl 4 in Nek Forest. Summoned knife, guild robe, and a fire dd spell that did 5 dmg, really makes things difficult.

After I nice fight with a whit black bear in which I ended up running to the guards in Nek, decided to take a small break and chill out on the mountainside.

After sitting down and just about to go get a drink, or a sledge hammer to mash the puter, I get sow. Then I recieve NAtureskin, regrowth, and a DS from a druid named Nisha. Just so happened to be parked above me. I say thank you and because of that, I got lvl 6 before DS and regrowth ran its course.

If it werent for you and those that are like you, this game would never have come as far as it had. All the more reason I will stick out those rough newbie low levels, when you have no friends and no gear to twink your newb. Hopefully one day, not anytime soon of course, I hope to return the favor.

And because I despised having to beg for buffs at the EC tunnel, it was pretty much the only time I got any. Don't remember the name but I'll edit it in later if it comes to me.

So thank you, random druid. The rest of you can go fuck yourselves. :)

I'd like to thank Caskit (Prodigy), Hickup (Detox), Suped (LifeAlert), Minsk, Stigs, and an anonymous human druid. Was he a human druid? Hmmm...

Caskit hooked me up with a Silken Whip of Ensnaring and a couple hundred plat. Stay classy, bro!

Hickup also gave me plat (200 I believe) to help me buy some armor!

Suped gave me a Gnoll Hide Lariat and a Whip of Strangulation. He also gave me some plat to get a full set of Bronze armor. He also logged on his high level mage to Bind me to Freeport and offered to summon me bandages.

Minsk. Whether it be for a CR or speed to get around the misty thicket, he always hooked it up with a SoW when I needed it.

Stigs. He also buffed me up really well while I was leveling up in Misty Thicket. Thanks for helping me level faster than I would have unbuffed!


I hope to meet more great people while playing on this server! Thanks to those who have helped this "fresh fish" ease his first toon to the game.
