I click the eq icon I get a blank screen nothing else. I got to the log in 1 time but after I clicked it was connecting to server for 10 min. then nada.. Any ideas?

are you running the game full screen? try hitting ALT+ENTER while its at the black screen. If that fixes it just hit ALT+ENTER again once in game to go back to full screen.
