Rondo Dunfire

I'm currently doing the parrying pivk quest from Diggins in Kaladim. Ive gotten all the tongues from the bandits except Rondo. The Wiki says he is at a specific /loc 100% of the time, but ive been in Crushbone for an hour and havent been able to find or spawn. Him. Does anyone know where this giy is?

I think he shares a spawn with the slaves. You have to free slaves 'til he pops! Or...hire an evil mercenary to kill the slaves and take the faction hits, which is potentially faster.

If memory serves, Kelynn is a placeholder for him. You'll find him in the orc slaver caves.
