Hey all,

Well, my main motivation for coming to the server is to eventually be able to reminisce my time grouping at places like lguk, karnors and sebilis. I used to play a druid though, so I usually had a little trouble getting groups. This time around i'd like to play a more grouping/raiding oriented character, but my playtime on weekdays is minimal. I was thinking about a bard, but I wasn't sure what the general concensus is regarding grouping up with one. I know i'd want a bard in my group, but I'm not sure what others seem to think about it. Am I better off with a different class, or is there one that i'd be able to do some soloing on during those minimal-time nights?

Bards can solo :)

But you'd be fine grouping. Most of the places you'd be grouping 50+ would love a bard, and those places are usually vibrant, even in off-peak hours.

Bards are ALWAYS welcome in my groups. In general they seem to be very well respected and not overly common at higher levels. I think they are a great choice as they are an excellent group/raid class and they also have solo ability.

Druid isn't a group friendly class? Play what you want to play, or you might not ever make it to 50-60. That's my advice...

It all depends.....groups LOVE a good bard on this server and if you are one you will have very little problems finding groups.......

However...if you are like me.....and not a good bard.....you will have issues.

Make a bard, then send Franswa a tell in game. I'll show you how to swarm kite on this server.

Grouping with bards rocks. They help me kick even more ass.

There is exactly one issue with playing a bard (outside carpal tunnel): Groups really don't need more than one.
