I've also gotten IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL in addition to the two in the thread title...

sounds like a hardware issue.

cpu overheating maybe...RAM issue is most likely, could even be a graphics card issue.

def hardware related tho

test your RAM first...remove all RAM and check one stick at a time. check diff slots, as the slot itself on the mobo may have the issue.
