Account recovery

I know if you lose your password you're in a world of trouble in terms of ever logging in again, but I remember the password and not the account name.

If I could name the character (race/class as well) on the account would the staff be able to tell me the account name its associated with? Just wondered if anyone has done this.

I doubt it. If so, people could easily get people's account names. Can't you log into your eqemu account and see your account names there?

I mean, I could just /who all 60 and name a bunch of race / classes.... does that mean I get all their account details?

Are your accounts under this forum login? On the main page there are account management options in the upper left box. Link: https://www.project1999.com/account/?LS

If not, you could try posting in the Petition Forum (https://www.project1999.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=25) and see if the staff is able to assist

If you can remember how to login in to your eqemu account you can get your login account names there.
