I had day old pizzahut pizza with ham, cheese, olives bread sticks, and a cup of sugary coffee, really disgustingly salty, clocked in about 904 calories, but I'm going in for a minor surgery tomorrow so I felt like I should fast and have some reserves just in case I code on them and they need to bring me back two or three times.:p

Supposed to be no general aenesthesia... just local.... no twilight or anything... so... Should be OK, i'm going to eat one more time today and that's it... probably. I don't want to be so weak my blood glucose is like 40 all day tommorow, surgery at 1pm so. Should be fine.

Oat gruel + peanut buttter is what I want right now.... going to be my next meal, GNC Snickerdoodle loaded with peanutbutter. Maybe some pistachios on the side to make it really interesting for the ME if they have to sedate me and I aspirate.

And yeah my skin/sweat is always crazy salty.

Normal breakfast is toast with peanutbutter, more toast with marmalade, then a little later a bowl of porrige. OJ mixed with hot water for drink. Kinda gone off tea and coffee recently.

Sometimes I'll slip in a couple of eggs, or even a full cooked breakfast too.

You should run. This would help you realize how fat you are... and with some practice tall people tend to be better at it than short people.

you want to be at about 200 lbs for your height...and thats the upper end of normal. If your bone structure is more narrow and your skeleton is light, you really can get all the way down to 180.

That's just objective reality though. Don't let it get you down if your happy pretending to be average. Chubs

Yea bro, just go add 30 lbs of muscle...should only take about 3 years working out 4 days a week.

Well the "normal" range includes normal amounts of muscle. The only time people have more than that is

A) Lots of Hard Labor maybe some sports as a kid

B) Training that includes a strength element

I guess I tend to assume on elf sim forums -- A/B are not the majority.

To have 30 lbs over normal muscle and to not be fat... that is one ripped dude.

Whatevs. I run daily about 3-4 miles. Ive been skinny my whole life. Too skinny according to the charts. My metabolism finally slowed down a bit. Most charts say I should be between 187 (small) 208 (medium) and 229 (large) Im a medium build guy so I am a bit over ideal. We all have our struggles. Mine is enjoying carbs. Trying to cut down and eating a lot more fruit. Will see how it goes.

still haven't eaten anything of substance yet. I think I ate a small cookie out of the batch that i baked the other day(dark chocolate/salted caramels chips and pecans). startred off on red wine and 5mg alprazolam, then a few beers. gonna probably eat something eventually, although I'm hoping on my heart giving out instead. gonna drink more beer till i black out and start over again tomorrow.

Portion control and walk 1 to 3 miles 5 times a week. I lost almost 60 pounds in less than a year doing that. I kept a steady alcohol, nicotine, and pot habit going too.

Healthy breakfast this morning, probably all I'm going to eat all day anyway...

Banana, instant coffee with bio-synthetic cocaine additive for weight loss, and about 8 oz almond milk, GNC protien shake for minerals, blended up on about 18 oz of warm water because I can't have hot food yet.

Oh and another hydro at 6am. Woke up in some srs pain. Swelling seems to have gone down. Must have slept in a bad position.

Find a liquid b complex. It's inexpensive and you just put a bit under your tongue for 30 or so seconds in the morning. They even taste good (if not a bit too sweet sometimes). The alternative is to eat meat (pork or poultry),eggs, liver, and/or drink milk.

this is all true and accurate

Irulan may be suffering from poor gut health. If your guts don't have the right bacteria you legit cannot break down b vitamins into digestible compounds.

(Drugs like opiods severely impact this)

Lunch was 2 ham salad sarnie a, a carrot worth of sticks, yogurt with honey and banana, grapes and a giant cookie. Supper was a bacon cheese bbq burger with salad. I was gifted Lemon drizzle cake so may have a slice of that before bed.

Scrambled eggs, biscuit, gravy, and a sausage, and hash browns. One lite cup of coffee (1 sugar, 1 cream), and a glass of water. Totaling in at like 924 calories.

A bit much for me, I would have been happy with a biscuit and a plate full of gravy with 1 egg, but all in all it was pretty enjoyable to actually eat something and chew it a little bit before I swallowed.

Oh and I skipped the painkillers, got 4 hydros left. Don't think I'll be using them again for awhile.

Have a half of stout or Guinness occasionally. If you don't drink chocolate ale cake makes a good treat loaded with vit b.

He was killed, cloned, and his clone had PTSD and he was a good crutch for hating on the cardies and disobeying orders, also he abused his child and childwife. Glutes. Activate them. Use them. Mine r shit 2 but I've been making srs glute GAINS.

Ppl do bridges or other "core" exercises but they wind up still not using there glutes. Look up isolating them with a resistance band, ppl have poor control / body awareness n let their knees crumble, hips drop, etc... It overfatigues joints. Like I used to constantly roll my ankles cuz I was dumb, even in my hardcore prime (i'll probably surpass that).

Because hours of sitting causes atrophy n once u lose them ur mind disconnects.

Like this is why learning to move with your whole body and be aware of individual muscles is so important. It's simply that if we are aware of them our mind links up and does the rest. But we need to do the initial networking and awareness through yoga n Bene Gesserit training n discipline.

Self awareness is a big deal.

The central nervous system does a lot of electrical n magnetic and even rhythmic n acoustics. It's seriously a big deal.

Yet another reason our species is withering and becoming weaker. It's not all environmental. A lot of it is behavioral n western science n medicine is 2 narrow and rigid to have really understood these processes, just like it struggles with fasting.

I have 2 be really serious here. I've had a major shift in perspective and part of that was understanding myself n maturing. I wasn't doing that when I was pretending 2 be what society programmed me 4. I had to break those chains.

Even just resisting those forces wasn't enough to wake me up. It's easy to get trapped in resistance. You've got to get out of ur little pods n let your skin get bombarded sum so ur wings can dry, b4 u can rly soar.

Even then, most of u will probably be all DDT'd n get into the frog n food chain.

But like just feeling it n becoming woke is doin werk.

About 16oz baked Alasken Pollack w/ pepper, lemon, garlic, scallions, freshly gardened parsley w/ prob a tsp olive oil in it all
1 slice of rye toast
1 cup of french pressed sludge
about 1 small tater sliced

Comes in at 690 calories. But I need that protein.

The fish was gud, wild caught 2, so do'en my part in destroying the ecosystem.

I felt like shit depackaging that fish from it's individual plastic packages.

I mean, I guess it's a complete wash 50/50 environmentally at least I wasn't buying cornmeal fed diseased cow. Then again that fish had 2 be refrigerated and frozen and transported all the way here to the deep south.

Catfish suppliers / fish suppliers suck here. :( Real strict regulations (which are necessary in this case) + fancy restaurants dominate the fish food chain.

I should just eat rice and kale.

It's a shame the fish was kind of immaculately cleaned n skinned, I did manage to grab some calcium from some bones though.

The sad thing about canned mackeral n stuff here is that it's loaded with cheap dehydrated molten liquid sodium nuclear reactor salt byproducts.

It's ridiculously hard to find healthy/good wild caught foodz, yet another reason I lean towards veganism, but that's just as fucked up by the big food system(tm)

Like this is a no-win scenario,, I can spend $20 a plate on some locally sourced fermented soy products which R A+ grade good, but still lacking in a lot of healthy fats n nutrients.

I did manage to at least use my elite skills and bake the dish to perfection though, it had really sharp crisp flavor, and was moist n flaky.
