haha, ok explain that. Because from what i've been able to research about it, its not too clear. All they say is that he's "near" there. does that mean you can dip him and get in get your bind and gtfo? or does he need to be killed in order to get inside the room?
as soon as mandatory beta began i swam over there with my necro while invis, aggroed faydedar just as i reached the spires, was feared and hit for 270 or something
At some point wasn't Faydedar being killed by some GM Monk NPC or something ?

It's possible to get past Fay and make it into the pots room. I just did it. if you sit right at the top of the water in 1st person mode your camera will clip and allow you to see under water as if you're not in water, then you can wait for Fay to path around the spires (he circles them) and book it when he's out of agro range.

It'll be a clusterfuck - excuse my french. Someone will train him inside when there's a lot of people around to bind, haha.
When Faydedar is up he most certainly does path by the spires/pots. Druids going for their epics (before he became a turn-in-to-spawn mob) would park a level 1 toon on the spires with your druid logged out close enough (or bound there or just get there really fast) to start kiting Faydedar around while your guild gathered to kill him. You would just leave your toon up and check on it every one in a while to see if the toon was killed by Faydedar. Once the toon was dead, login or get there to start kiting.
