I have already submitted one - was just curious what the turn around time "typically" is? I had my wife play my Paladin in Crushbone while I was taking care of the dogs - and it itched that scratch when she used to play. So I submitted the exception... but hoping it gets approved before she loses interest. She played her character to level 6, but hates just soloing. So I was hoping to get the exception so she and I can make a low level and run with her. :)

Turnaround time is random. They do them in batches. If you submitted the night before they do a batch, it could be one day. If you did it right after, it could be months.

The staff understand you want to play with someone else in the house but it takes time due to bad eggs in the past. So it's not that they're ignoring your request. I believe they look into each request and follow up even after it's processed but that's my speculation. Part of what makes P99 so fantastic is the no boxing rule. So their work to combat people trying to gain the system is unfortunately endless.

Wait patiently and if you've already submitted the required information don't attempt to bump your petition. Try to keep in mind that they are volunteering their time and there are thousands of people who play p99 so their limited staffing can only cover so much each day. You may want to try explaining this to your wife so she doesn't get let down if it takes a couple weeks to go through.

It takes awhile, best to put requests in weeks in advance of wanting to play characters on the accounts. (Roll the toons at lvl 1 and put in the request and go about your life or play other toons for awhile.

From personal experience it took about 3weeks

When I requested one it took ~two months.

Cool - I know that the time has varied - especially in the beginning when people were requesting. Wasn't sure (I don't know of the influx of new players is still a high volume) if there was now a "scheduled" day that they now do specific things. Thank you for everyone's feedback!

Lately it's been a week or two, Kelvanis and Andakos have been working on them pretty frequently :)

Players should make sure they read the sticky at the top of the petitions / exploits forums, helps streamline the process.

just realize most things like this are done in batches by volunteers!

If I only knew what HMU means...?

Need pics ASAP - show us your lady Elf friend

Heh - it's funny, because when we played back in live, she played a DE Warrior. Then when her friend played, she made a gnome Warrior - which is what she's done this time around for P99 (Gnome Warrior).
