PC on Thunder Runed War Spear

Anyone know what this is worth? Seems like a decent ranged slot for a tank.

13/30 is not very good. No mention of related quests. My guess would be 600-800pp. Not the worst weapon to toss on a lowbie, but the delay makes it worthless compared to other higher level gear.

Delay wont matter in a ranged slot. I dont know for sure its value, but there are a couple threads where it has been sold in the past:

Thank you; I was guessing 2-3kpp. It fits in a ranged slot so the delay is irrelevant. Sorta like a weaker idol of the thorned that gives some magic resist.
