I have not seen that before but it seems to be an issue with the transparency. I might try grabbing Duxa's All In One Installer Too (https://www.project1999.com/forums/showthread.php?t=28335)l and running the "Fixes Male Human/Half-Elf helmet transparency bug"

or if you don't mind upgrading the texture resolution the EQ classic HD (https://www.project1999.com/forums/showthread.php?t=280545) package might do the trick.

Thank you for the respons! I tried the first option with the male helm model but that didnt have any effect. I then switched over to old models from the high quality ones which solved the problem (the ones from p99.yourfirefly)
