<Rivervale Vanguard> is the premiere pro-halfling guild of Project 1999. Our guild hates Dark Elves especially, but also Iksar Monks and any class that comes to the Vale or Thicket and kills our precious cute Deputies for their immensely powerful Squad Rings.

Racism against our enemies is not only encouraged - but REQUIRED.

The Rivervale Vanguard seeks to expand Halfling controlled territory through war. We believe in manifest destiny. We believe in colonial force. Currently, our Guild Leader and his Dwarvish ally are laying siege to the dragons of the Western Waste so that they will never attack the Vale.

The Rivervale Vanguard is looking for applicants who are:

- Halfling, Dwarf, Gnome
- Pro-Rivervale
- Hates Goblins
- Other races MUST be Ally faction with Gubbin, or grinding Runnyeye to become ally faction
- Level 1 - 60; while our leaders are max level raid geared toons, we are working to support the new hobbits who are born every day. Much of our level 60 profits go to Hobbit Scholarships
- Ready to PvP anyone who is a [foe] to the Vale

Rivervale Vanguard is looking to KILL people who are:

- Enemies of rivervale
- Rebels who fight our expansion
- Dragons
- Evils
- Goblins

We are a guild that does not have a lot of micro management. This means that I will not pay much attention or give my lifeblood to a p99 guild. If you seek a hyper-RP, racist, aggressively colonial guild and kill dragons with us, or just Spread the Good News as a leveling toon, join up. Be the next hero of Rivervale.

Dregonomics, however, is an iksar of noble standing. Just last night he turned in over 200 bandages to get himself out of KoS standing with Dear Leader Gubbin.
