Would like to change email on forum account

Hello I would like to change the email attached to my forum account, however it is disabled atm in User CP.
The email attached atm i have no access to anymore.

It's been disabled for a long time. No idea why.

Yeah, this is a pain in the butt. I recognize they're trying to stop people buying and selling accounts, but people do change emails from time to time, and there should be a process for updating this in the system.
