2nd accnt wont let me in

i made a second login server account because i ran out of spaces to make new characters but when i go to log into it it lets me go to server select and even log into character select on red pvp p1999 but blue pve p1999 wont allow me to do so when i try it says there is a temperary block on it why is that and how do i resolve this so i can make new characters. i am not loged into my main account when i do this either so im not trying to box just play a secondary account seperately for more character space.


nevermind i just had my wife log out of her account and its letting me in so it seems i need to get an exemption for each account i make seperate.
