Yanny only on my cheep Chinese phone with beats audio and bass boost earplugs. Have to up pitch 20% to hear laurel.

I don't hear both at once.

To be fair, I think it's the devices not our brains that makes the cut.

A laureler who listened with my gear would likely hear yanny.

It’s not the device because I’ve seem several people in a room hear differently using one speaker. I too hear yanny on every device I have and I only hear Laurel when the pitch is at least 20% higher.
