Greets,
I looked at the per level hunting guide which is pretty broad as it isn't class specific so I'm trying to get some info with people who have hands on experience.
Right now I'm pretty much limited to LFG in KC when I log in, my playtimes are pretty sporadic so sometimes I don't have enough time to sit around LFG and hope.
Currently 51 and well-twinked on this toon so just need some areas where I can go fear kite consistently. DL is greening out so I would love an open area with consistent blues for those times I don't have a lot of time to play.

There a cave with 4 tar goos in WL, entrance to it is near the holgresh area. You might be able to take these pretty easily and they drop nice gems sometimes.

Probably best place to fear kite as an SK at that level. SKs should always be targeting undead - 10 mana 2.0 cast time for fear undead is way OP.
Skyfire is a terrible suggestion for any class, especially a 51 SK.

Dreadlands is still an ideal location. Blues get harder to find but they’re out there. Close proximity to KC also means you can toss up lfg tag while soloing and get a group.
Don’t bother with ravishings - too many hp to be worthwhile at 51. Brutes, ragers, gnashing and petrifiers should still have a reasonable percentage dark blue.

My leveling experience (currently 55 DEF SK): I did 52 and 53 in Eastern Wastes at the GD zoneline. You can pull frost giants, manticores, etc. all dark blue, into the tunnel leading to GD, and fear kite with no risk of adds, or mob running too far. Get him in your kill tunnel, kill sit pull another, repeat. Frost giant beards, SS and Thurg faction, heads toes weapons, and coin isn't awful.
then 54 in Everfrost killing barbarian guards #5 on the map in Everfrost Peaks, you can bank in Qeynos underground (just can't buy drink :( )

Undeads in TT
I did the undead outside Old Seb early 40s on my SK (you know the ones, includes a PH for Kunark's dragon dungeon key?)
Are these the ones you are suggesting for early 50s? Won't they be getting a little low by then?

I looked at the per level hunting guide which is pretty broad as it isn't class specific so I'm trying to get some info with people who have hands on experience.
So the thing about the guide is, it tries to be as generic as possible because the odds are good that if a Shaman can solo a camp, so can an Enchanter, and so can a Necro probably, and maybe even a Magician or Bard. And for some camps that's true of Rangers, Shadow Knights, and other "less than optimal but still viable" soloers ... but personally I don't know which spots those are.
But, thanks to this thread, I do now. So what I'm going to do as soon as I have some time is:
1. Add every spot from this thread that's not already in the guide
2. Mark every spot in this thread as "good for Shadow Knights" in the guid
3. Add Shadow Knights to the class filter on the guide, so that you can see all of the "good for Shadow Knights" spots easily.

Oh good!
I've been doing the wandering spectral mobs outside of old seb and it's working out pretty good. I managed to grab my seb key with a random group in TT when I got bored so I have that ready. I haven't been in Seb as a tank yet but I assume 51 is still too low to lfg there.
If you want to add more to the pile, I found the tar goo cave in WL was somewhat viable, the tars - were sort of more mana/hp than they were worth. But the faerie dragons inside those caves were/are pretty solid.
The spectral mobs outside of old seb are mostly blue, with some greens, and they die alot faster. Also, you don't have to limit your area to outside of Seb. There is a bunch of them in TT just outside of Swamp of No Hope, and also the caves/mausoleum area have a ton.
