Is there a full list of changes coming in Chardok 2.0?

I've read bits and pieces from my perusing of the forums but I couldn't find a comprehensive list of things changing.

I'm mostly interested in an economy perspective. Which items get tanked as new ones are released, which items become more desirable, etc. An example includes the Narandi's Lance receiving a damage buff and 2H in general getting an adjustment. Also I think lots of new jewelry will be released, but I'm not entirely sure which pieces.

I'm also interested in meta stuff such as the quests and camps that become awesome and which ones from velious become irrelevant or redundant.

The devs (to my knowledge at least) have never actually said "there will be custom content." What they've actually said was something more like "once Green is released and going strong then who knows what will happen with Blue? We might add some custom content."

And speaking of Green, my guess is that they still have a lot of work left to do even after the Chardok 2.0 patch. For one thing there are still smaller patches after that one (but before Luclin). Perhaps more importantly though, if I was Nilbog and I'd worked on this for seven years, I'd have a bug list 10+ pages long full of things of things I'd like to fix for Green, but for one reason or another haven't dealt with yet.

So my suspicion is that even after the very last (ie. post-Chardok 2.0) patch is done, they'll still have a fair amount of work to do before releasing Green, and even then it will be awhile before they even maybe add custom content to Blue.
