I know nilbog at least already has copies of the original CDs. I think things they need are copies of the game that were patched up to certain points (ala kunark release, 6 months after kunark .etc) and then never patched after those points.

I have original, trilogy, evolutions, and individual expansion discs up to GoD. But i doubt any of those will help.

An ISO?

I do not believe this server condones the unauthorized copying and/or distribution of copyrighted material.

I know I have every EQ expansion offered in CD form (later ones came as digital downloads only). But I doubt highly the actual CD downloads would help. As said earlier, its the patches.

you are correct, the devs have all original CDs ...

as mentitioned above different patch states would rock ... like patched velious before luclin was released, or basicly any patch stage in between to compare spell files etc.

I too have the original box and all. Sometimes i will take the manual out and just read it.

Correct. If someone has an old hard drive with a patched version of spells on it.. that would be useful for Kunark or Velious.

What files exactly would you need?

I am pretty darn sure I have my original hard drive from when I first started playing EQ in 2000... though I am not sure on what date it was when that computer failed and I moved to a new one.

I remember reading that manual while I waited for my dial up internet to load the 5meg patch.. took 40 minutes iirc

the spells file, basically if you open the spell file version 7 patch thats on the home page, look at those file names/locations, and then find the exact same files on your harddrive, zip those up and send em to the devs. note modified dates if possible, not sure if there is meta-information available on that

This is just my guess, but it seems like that's what the devs would find most useful.
