Magic Weapon

I am a 14 Barb Shaman and I am really enjoying myself in the Qeynos Area. I want to hunt Wisps, but alas, my cracked staff is not magical. I want to make the journey to EC to buy a magical weapon, but I don't know if I will have enough money to buy something. Are there magical weapons for around 30 plat? That is all I have, if you have one, let me know and I would love to run over there and buy it from you. If not, I will save up for the Cold Steel Morning Star off a Halas Merchant for 76 Plat. Thank you.
