Is there any reason to use the 34 mana song? According to wiki the 32 song can be spammed to give way more mana. What's the purpose of the 34 song?

They stack because the 32 song isn't really a buff, it's like an instant twitch.

To answer the question, it has it's uses. You only have to hit the Cantana button once for 18 seconds of mana regen, and you can spam the 32 song in between.

Any bard that just sits there with one song playing unless the whole group is at full hp and full mana should be sent to a re-education camp.

Lv 32 mana pulse is godly when used appropriately. With few exceptions it is almost always in my loaded lineup - if only for use between fights. The range is quite short so if you’re meleeing or not standing close to casters they’ll likely miss it. During downtime with 1 cast 55 cantana and 4 pulses (repeated) it works out to 21 mana per tick.
