my password stopped working.i have a land line an no cell phone so can not do reset.been playing only a few days(level 8) and was thinking What Ever, so I started another account! but I hear in-game there are rules against this?is this true? and if so what do I do now?

There are no rules against having multiple accounts, there are rules against logging on two accounts at the same time by one person.
