Bind Wound only 100 and listed in red

In my skills list off of my inventory window, all my skills are as I'd expect them to be except for Bind Wound. Last skill-up I remember was like 170ish. But now it shows up as only 100, and the numerals are in red. Weird! What is going on with that, what can I do to fix it, and what did I possibly do to mess it up? Thanks!

I believe it means your class or level is restricted to 100 but you somehow managed to skill past what you were supposed to.

I remember long time ago, you were able to skill up past 100 even on casters. My mage had it well above 100 and then they fixed that and it went red and capped at 100.

Similar may happen - I think - if you delevel a character but don't quote me on that since I have never de-leveled on P99, just vaguely remember it from live ages ago.

I am having this same issue. Bind wound is red and says 100 but I saw a skill-up message last night for 107. But I shouldn't be anywhere near my cap. I'm a rogue so my cap should be 175 per the wiki. What does this mean?

Pretty sure it's just a clientside visual bug does not affect actual bw skill... The server knows the real skill... I don't remember exactly but something like 1 HP per 4 (or is it 6?) bw skill wiki has the right numbers u can do the math to see if it working.... Im not 100% that I'm remembering right tho

Try to zone into CS and see if it fixes it like the knight defense bug

I can confirm this is correct. The skill is still in red, but I know it's improving since I'm getting skill-up messages.
