GD is an outdoor zone, so Harmony + max trade distance should set you right. :o

You might be able to get Declaration of War while KoS only if he's in his back room. I haven't tested it. There's far too many Dain faction mobs in Icewell.

For the war, Seneschal is only Dain faction for the initial turn-in, not during or after the war. All you need to do is harmony him when he first spawns, then use sneak.

Yeah, I wish I thought of that. Was so shocked I was KOS when I thought I was dubious and just didn't want to fuck up the rewards for anyone.

I was going to suggest it but I see you started a thread in EC tunnel forum, since you have sneak giant warrior helmets is the way to go for sure instead of risking something like that.

If you can find them in EC for 50pp you should be looking at less than 1500pp to go from max KOS to Dubious. If you're in a hurry and can't wait for EC sellers I suggest checking all the vendors in Thurg, Iceclad, NFP, and druid ring vendors. The vendors sell them for about 98pp, but it seems like most people just vendor them instead of selling them in EC. It can be tough to find more than a few at a time in EC in my experience.

I turned in the to receive the ring and all items from ringwar at max kos (with sneak) and it was pretty easily even without harmony. Did have to FD one time.
