That zone is unavailable - Upper Guk

I'm able to log in and play on a character in South Karana, but my character in Upper Guk is getting "Zone is unavailable" message at the character select screen.

We just have to wait until the zone/server is reset.

Usually you can petition and a GM will take you out of the zone.
