Basically I am looking for either a rescue party or someone to tell me when their guild go into fear for whatever reason.

Same thing happened to me once. The corpse has to fully rot for the GMs to summon it out.

I'd be more optimistic of a guild going in there within the next day or two.

Keep doing a "/who all pofear" and see if you can catch anyone who isn't /anon ^^

I could get it with a cleric, i've done this before. Or i guess i could kite the whole zone if we got WC caps.
