Do I have to reinstall the whole game over and do the setup all over again to play? I read that the game will be unplayable if I don't copy some file over. Could someone just link the file here so I don't have to delete everything and start over? I went to the setup page but it said nothing about Kunark patching so I am lost.

Pretty sure the first one is what you need if you've played on p99 before. The spell file.

You can just use the all in one installer in my signature. Pick Option (0) and it will set it all up for you with the latest files.
