Last night I was on my last pet and like everyone else chomping at the bit for some kick ass drop. When it was announced the server was going to reboot I was really bummed out since I would lose my last pet and have to spend an hour getting more chips instead of having a chance for some kick ass drop. When I logged back in I figured I'd just go ahead and /petition for two bone chips in my inventory since I really didn't have anything to lose. Anyway within a minute or so Uthgaard popped up out of nowhere and handed me a stack of bone chips. I just thought it was really kick ass that he would take time out of such a busy night to help me out. You guys are awesome! I have never had that kind of personal experience with any customer service, let alone a free service. I didn't end up getting a kick ass drop but because of Uthgaard I got level 17 without the added frustration of scrambling for more bone chips. Thanks again :)

Uthgaard really is The Man. I had a corpse decay once and I petitioned and he came and summoned it for me and ressed me. I was so happy.

During the holidays when no one was raiding i had a corpse in fear and he summoned it out for me, yay~

PLUS! the day kunark came out he reimbursed my jboots, which i thought would take one more month still ;p

Uthgaard healed me. It was very nice and kindly. Or he was trying to KS our rhino and accidentally targeted me instead of himself for his heal.

Agreed. I zoned into The Overthere for the first time on my Enchanter and got hit for 32000 by pain and suffering. I knew they must be busy as hell with Kunark opening so I hated to petition but I was just trying to get my Breeze spell before logging off for the night. I knew another boat ride was going to take 30 mins or so. Uthgaard summoned me to the docks in the Overthere and even gave me a res (which I wasn't concerned with at all and considered a nice bonus). Uthgaard IS the man.
