Also might as well post why. I went half elf and put points into str and really regret it. debating on human with points into stam or elf and points into stam. but now its coming down to fashion

Wood Elf or play a different class.
Under NO circumstance make a human for any class! They so bush league.
Starting stats, Dump into Sta.
Str/Dex is too easy to cap out once you're raiding at lvl 60.

Wood elf Rangering is the best way to Ranger.

That said, I really dislike Kelethin. I will only go there to do Ranglerly business, and to freshen my scent marks. Otherwise, I prefer the ground for other business and social purposes.

That’s odd my wood elf Druid and bard both have their feet displayed as pure black in everything but plate. So naked leather and chain their feet are black, is there a setting I have checked off or on that’s doing it?

Be aware that the Velious plate helm graphic for male Wood Elves is eye cancer. You'll be seeing it due to Helm of the Tracker being one of the best easy-to-get/good-item ratios in the game for Rangers.

Literally the only downside to Wood Elves.

In there you can do several fixes, i believe the fix for human / half elf visor transparency also fixes the black feet issue.
