Iksar Shadowknight lowbie EXP turnin questions.

Evil races kind of get the shaft when it comes to just being able to hand stuff in for EXP, but I'm wanting to know what can be accomplished as an Iksar anyway.

I know of the Scorpion Pincer which is apparently good until 8ish. Snout rings until 13-14. All this is per a thread found here (https://www.project1999.com/forums/showthread.php?t=193574)
but it's from 2015 so I don't know if it's still accurate.

Can Wolf form be used to turn in Gnoll fangs in Qeynos? Can Wolf form be used to turn in Goblin ears? Can wolf form be used to turn in Gnoll/Orc scalps?

I'm assuming it's Yes for the scalps but maybe no for the others as I was told Wolf Form is an Outdoor spell and I think Highpass/Qeynos are indoor zones?

Any insight on what I can do to skip as far as possible as easily as possible would be appreciated.

I have the ability to farm stuff up and get money to buy things if required.

Highpass and Qeynos are outdoor zones, so wolf form can be cast. But I don't know if it will help for turn ins.

Do charm turnins work, if some1 else charms? I think OT hammer charm turn in works, but you have to charm it yourself for sufficient faction. If some1 else charms mob, it should be indiff, which should be fine for most exp turn ins?
