You might need to DL the update? I know when I need to do that I'll log in to see my chars gone and a human naked Male model spinning around and none of my chars on the list. Maybe this is what happened to you?

didn't intend to mock him. simple language is easier for non-english speakers. i'm guessing east asia btw.

No, you were right. This is Server Chat, we should strive to be better.

Evia and Mug got it, OP. Make sure you're logging into the right server (blue or red) and the right account. The lack of the latest patch would show an empty character screen as well. If you're getting a "not correct graphics loadout" message, sometimes that'll happen to me if my latency is really high, and also shows an empty character screen.
