Hey I haven't had any problems with logging in til today after server was down, I tried logging back in and it will log into the server selection screen but then when I go to p99 server it gives the error code 1017 can someone please help with this issue, I can't seem to find anything about it.

yes it is affecting a lot of people. and it has something to do with p99 blue specifically, as it will let me log into any other server including red99
a guide has already made a post confirming they are working to solve the issue

He just said that they are aware of the issue...its almost 2:30 on the east coast right now, I would be shocked if someone was working on it

I logged out quickly to change screens and locked out :/

Wondered how I got the camp so easily and no one around.

Has anyone else been having issues with disconnects on zone? Maybe it's nothing but it has been doing it to me for the past few days. I apologized to the group I was with and our SK said that it has been happening to him too. Could be related or just a fluke.

Yeah it's definitely been happening when I zone. Not all the time but frequently enough to be a nuisance.

I have just tried to log in. Same issue - can access Red server but not blue server.

I see the servers. Blue fluctuating between 80-100 players currently. just doesn't connect and drops me back to login.

If you crash while zoning, find eqgame.exe and right-click and open properties. Under the Compatibility tab check the "run this program in compatibility mode" box and choose Windows XP service pack 2. Should fix any crashing while zoning/character screen selection.
