In Harbingers we allow enchanters with Iksar illusion, as well as bards/rogues with the Iksar mask, but expect you to keep Iksar form up as a matter of standard practice.

Outside of Harbingers of Thule I don't think there are any, which kind of sucks. Actually doing roleplayign with my new character, but would be great to see another guild spring up... doubt it will though.
