I've discovered a slow, gooey way to get coldain head without aggitation, but there must be other tricks to pull?

Easy mode - Buy a ton of dwarf heads or farm them with a character you don't want coldain faction with. For some reason this quest has a neg hit to CoV, but not to Coldain. This quest will give kromzek and tormax, but the tormax hit is quite small and will take alot more heads.

If you don't care about tormax faction, you could also kill skyshrine mobs or better yet western wastes dragons. The former have tiny faction hits (I think most of the mobs in skyshrine are just +1 to kromzek) and the latter are slow due to mobs being slow to kill and respawn.
