Request: bring back Seafury loot in oot for red

It's been a while since seafuries in oot were nerfed because of blue's inability to handle them. It sucks that because blue couldn't handle their gems that we also have ours nerfed on red.

This is a request to give us back our seafuries on red so that we may refill the ocean with tears. Thanks gms

True, we don't need the seafuries for plat. WE DO need them for pvp.

infact if you just tweak the lvls of them slightly so that 59's get exp off them it would be even better :)
