So I was camping orc hill tonight for about six hours - my first group experience on P99 - and I have to say, I had a great time. After being away from EQ for 7+ years I have been sucked back in, and I'm loving it. I was grouped with some great people all night (shout out to Jonni, Tarathiel, Burst, among others), and I also want to thank some really cool people who helped myself and my group mates out tonight.

Torfin - Cool guy. Was in and out of my first orc camp group powerleveling us by tanking orc trains. Handed out some newbie armor to me and my group mates.

Azerban - He was hanging around our camping buffing us up and hitting up our healers with clarity. Also gave me a fine steel weapon and some other nice gear. Awesome.

Elberek - Sat around buffing and healing our group eventhough he was only a level 10 cleric and probably could have been next door in Crushbone getting some exp.

Danduar - We happened to be running in the same direction. I happen to be a bard. He invited me for some sweet selo's... and then he gave me a few pieces of bronze armor and a bracer of battle. Quite excessive for cab fare, I should think.

Hopefully I spelled the names right, haha. I just wanted to thank these guys and give them a bit of recognition for giving some newbies a warm welcome to the community! So far, I'm pretty damn impressed.
