You're already an undead wizard, if you're not nuking skeletons you're playing the meta game.

Solo efficiency on a cleric comes with killing quickly and sitting, dots aren't going to help that sadly...it's not like you're going to quad kite.

I snare/fear kited spectres on a dark elf cleric and this spell wasn't really worth it.

when i was soloing zol ghouls at near to the same level i had to root rot some of them, untill i got some levels on them.
