my advice is to wait until 46. You can not equip it until then. To save yourself some money, buy the robes needed for a cazic quill seprately and MQ a kedge robe. maybe if you spam hard you may find someone has a Generals Pouch best of luck finding one for 20K, I sell 4-8 a month and never had an issue selling them for 30K ea
