Ring 9 Turn in and werewolf illusion

If you're KoS to Dain and you get an ench friend to cast werewolf boon on you in icewell, does it raise ur faction to atleast dubious? If so, could you essentially turn in for your ring 9 under this illusion?

the best way to check is the guards in his room are on the same faction as a the dain. Just invis to them, target one then run away from the keep, remove invis and consider them.

Another thing you can try is getting turned into a skeleton for a short time by a friendly necro nuking you (in a duel). if werewolf won't work... skeleton is neutral in a lot of places.

But since faction to dwarves seems to be not race related normally (every race starts the same) i really don't think that all of this can help you.
